Hi kenozuken, This is interesting project, I imagine we can use a accelerometer sensor along with a cheap MCU, a small rechargeable Lipo battery via USB port will be implemented also. I hope to work with you this project. Regards.

Hi, I'm electronic engineer consultant Now, I work on similar product, this one detect the angle (via sensor fusion) between moving iron bar and the horizon (ground), and when it is at the programmable angle range, it activate an others system(also I work on). For this particular application, I can do it without problem as it is the same system method and component that will make sound at 0° from ground. For the size it can be 5 cm x 3 cm (we can reduce it more if needed) For my application I don't use a charging system, but there is an already one to be used with USB What I need to know is: -- Technical part: Do you use already Microcontroller or processor ? It is the main functionality of this gadget? -- Commercial part: At first, you need only a first prototype? or only the feasibility and specification one? After validating this one, do you want a industrialization of the product? here we have a low cost and export free zone capability near to europe. What is the expected price at production? i want to ask about the dimensions of the final pcb what are the expected dimensions ? is any special requirement for the initial calibration of the device? what is the accepted tolerance of the system accuracy ? what are the delivery requirement is it a complete product or just schematics + the firmware ? what is the specification of the battery used ?
