I need a power supply design bsed on SMPS technique. The total power should 180 Watt, the power supply should have current control. Current control meaning the output current can be set at max using a resistor pot. If possible it should be microcontroller or DSP based.

Hello, I am an electronics and telecommunication engineer and my major is wireless systems' design. I am experienced in hardware and embedded systems' design. I have designed/printed/tested many PCBs and I am quite experienced with RF design such as designing antennas, matching networks(distributed/lumped elements), filters(distributed/lumped elements), power amplifiers, dividers, feed networks, differential pairs/signals, EMI, clearance areas, shielding for EMI, conducted interference, common mode, etc, LVD, high speed data communication. Hi dear , i have read your project description, i can design the PCB board for power supply , microcontroller based , will use PIC18 or arduino controller ,which will have conrolling and will be perfact. Thanks

Hi, going through your requirements I've already selected the appropriate design for your work,and I will be using the half bridge topology as it can deliver the power based on your requirements,I will also implement current control where you can adjust using a pot also I will provide you with circuit, firmware and transformer winding calculations so that you can modify it in the future if you like. I have more than 10 years experience building switching power supplies and have designed battery chargers,buck converter,boost converter,solar mppt controllers.
