Assistance with HRD (Human Resources) Essay Report

We require some assistance with a university level HRD report.

The successful bidder will need to have a strong understanding of Human Resource Development and Training methodologies.

A case study will be provided and you'll need to assess the HRD needs of the staff.

As part of the report you'll need to identify Training and Development Strategies for:

-The induction of new staff

- Development of Team SKills

- Development of Management Skills

- Development of Leadership skills

The finally you need to explain how to evaluate these strategies(interventions) to determine effectiveness.

It won't be critical to write the whole report, dot points will be fine, we simply need some assistance/guidance in getting it done.

The report requires at least 8 references to journal articles to justify the report and the total report provided must be a minimum of 2500 words.
