Ribbon Control IDs through VBA or C# / .Net - We Need the Tab Group IDs for Add-Ins

Hi,
We need a VBA or .Net solution that loops through *all* of the Ribbon controls and add-ins and provides the Tab Group control ID and label as output. We need the Tab Group IDs for the installed add-ins which display on the Ribbon
Consider sending a video demonstrating something. We have concerns regarding Ribbon experience.
Trying to better control the user experience and how things are displayed. Consequently, need more than just the built-in IDs and, preferably, *only* the custom add-ins IDs and labels.
We do our best to review everyone that applies and to respond to all of those who have pertinent experience.

The code in the .txt file attached is VBA but does not compile because there is no IRibbonTab. The two snippets that are commented out are .Net-based.
The attached Word template that contains VBA file uses a Win32 approach from this article:

but I had to add exception handling, etc. because it did not work and threw errors.
The code provided is *for reference only*. I do *not* care how this gets working. I simply need to pull all of the IDs, labels / tags of Ribbon Tabs, Tab Groups, and associated controls - *especially* of Excel add-ins. The built-in stuff can be ignored, honestly.
Hopefully, this can be helpful. For someone that has done this before, it should only take 2-3 hours. And please consider creating a video demonstrating the approach.
We would expect that someone who has done this before can complete this quickly; in a matter of hours. More work may come later.
