Google Adwords API Integration in Visual Basic .Net 4.5

We need a VB.net console program, what can do some tasks on Google Adwords Accounts. It need to be able to do the following: 1) Subdevide productgroups in Google Shopping productgroups. Search all Google Shopping productgroups and based on a list of Products-ids, it will subdivide the Products-IDs in the product group and set the bid to excluded. 2) Cancel the subdivided product-ids, so it is not excluded and subdivided anymore. So it is back and active in the main product group again. 3) Search all normal Google Adwords Ads, and Pause the Google Ad if the target URL is contained in a specific list of urls. 4) Search all normal Google Adwords Ads, and Start the Google Ad if the target URL is contained in a specific list of urls. The program should be able to do the task on any selected DeveloperToken and Client Customer Id. It should be an option entered in the function for each. So e.g. the functions should be in pseudo code: 1) Sub StopGoogleShopping(Developertoken, ClientCustomerId, “Product ID1, ProductID2, ProductID3”) 2) sub StartGoogleShooping(Developertoken, ClientCustomerId, “Product ID1, ProductID2, ProductID3”) 3) Sub StopGoogleAd(Developertoken, ClientCustomerId, “[login to view URL], [login to view URL]”) 4) Sub StartGoogleAd(Developertoken, ClientCustomerId, “[login to view URL], [login to view URL]”) Delveoperid and ClientCustomerId will be given for test purpose.
