ONLY BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!! I am a real estate agent. I need to call people who have interest in selling their homes. The people I am cold-calling have already tried selling their home in the past year. Your task is to find out if they have sold their property already, or if they are marketing their home with another agent. I will provide you the instructions in how to check if each property is sold or being marketed through another agent. If it is SOLD or BEING MARKETED THROUGH ANOTHER AGENT, then you will highlight the row on EXCEL so I know that I am not to call them. Seeking english speaking freelancers. Seeking a freelancer who can follow instructions. I have a microsoft word document with instructions as well as a video of instructions of me doing this same task. Please watch the entire video. If you're performance is fast and accurate, I can provide a better pay. If you are slow and make mistakes, the pay will be lower. Payment is $7 CAD for every 200 prospects. 200 prospects takes me 45 minutes.

I am good with updating such information accurately. I have fast navigation which will help me to get the task done at the earliest.
