Customer Support / Virtual Assistant for FLUENT in Both Chinese English Speaker in Messenger

SUMMARY 1. Assist with admin on our Messenger 2. Work with “A Players” in an established, fast growing company 3. Customer service in Messenger Our business is growing and we're looking for another A Player to join our Hong Kong team to help with our customers in Messenger The role will last for 1-3 weeks, a few hours per day, and may lead to ongoing part time, or full time work if you are an amazing team member. If you are an “A player”, we know you will enjoy working with other A players who are also great at what they do. We are looking for an intelligent and fast team member join our team The Role Full training is provided. You would have: • Tracked daily orders into an Excel file • Reply customer service enquiries • Made our customers smile • Must be able to read Traditional Chinese and English • Must be able to listen Cantonese and English Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must • At least 1 months relevant background and experience • Having at least 6 months Customer Support job role/experience is an advantage • Above average typing speed • Intermediate to Advanced Excel • Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time Requirements for success in this role: 1.
