Time and Billing Job

I am a solo lawyer. I am migrating from flat fee billing to hourly billing. I will provide a list of clients and some internet research will be necessary to create a client database. Once the database is created we will scan and send nightly time sheets which data must be entered into the data base. I will provide billing rates, billing codes, etc.

I am told excel and Open Office calc have this function already. However, we will likely migrate the data to another environment so excel or calc are a preferred format to assist in the migration.

We have about 200 existing matters and clients so I estimate a day or two to create the database. I estimate 5 hours a week to maintain the database and 1 day per month to finalize billing for the month.

Please bid accordingly.
