• Must speak excellent English to enable accurate communication between us and your team
• Must be flexible and be able to comprehend what we are trying to do, as well as become proficient in updating our products.

Project Details:
We are looking for a reliable team that is VERY EXPERIENCED with the Magento Community Edition software. We are an aftermarket Subaru automotive parts website, with approximately 1800 products currently on our website. We are currently updating our website's products and are very busy at this time, so we are having a difficult time in regards to getting the project completed. Therefore we are seeking help from your team! The products are very diverse but we are finding that some of the pricing, categories etc have become outdated. We are looking to update the current product data.

Where Updated Information Will Come From:
Upon being selected, you will be provided with all log in information for our Magento Website. We will then provide you with two websites, with their respective login information. One of the websites is our main distributor. You will use this website to enter the SKU and obtain the product "Price" & "Special Price". However, this site does not list all of the products we carry. We will provide a second website which will have the product, as you will check this site second. If the product is not on either, make a list and let us know. We will then either manually update the product ourselves or disable it. On the second site we provide, this is also where you will obtain the product description and product attributes. We can set up a web meeting to review this as well.

NOTE:
If you are unable to take on a task like this, please do not waste our time and do not bid. We will speak with every serious bidder in order to assure our needs can be met. This is a very important project to us, as there is a lot of business that depends on it.
Again, a lot of the formats will be outlined for your team. I will do my best to walk you through each task. As we can do this through web meeting of some sort to make sure you clearly understand the task. However, we expect your team to have some knowledge of what we are trying to accomplish, as this should save us a lot of time.
Please make your bid reasonable, we have researched the cost of product editing/creation. But we also know the attention to detail required to this project. Do not try to take advantage of us, or your bid will be deleted. If you can accurately explain your bid, then we will be receptive to it. Please do not just post a message stating you can do this job. Explain to us how and why, EARN OUR BUSINESS.
