eBay Username

My eBay username is SpaxShop*com I want the eBay username SpaxShop I used to own spaxshop before 2008. In 2008, someone from Austria picked up the username. They have zero feedback, zero transactions, are inactive, and also are no longer a registered user on eBay. Customer support from eBay says they cannot intervene and get me the username from the user, the only option I have is to get in contact with this person and ask them to change their username. Which I am having trouble doing since I don't know who they are and they didn't reply to my eBay message. All I want is to get in contact with this person so that I may negotiate the retrieval of my username.
