Build Real Time Data application (Dynamic data exchange)

We are a Forex trading platform vendor, We need to build a (dynamic data exchange) to exchange real-time data between a .Net application and Excel.

So we need to add the functionality of dynamic data exchange between currencies grid view and MS Excel.

The functionality should be according to the following scenario:

1- User will open the excel from the application by context menu on the grid view, after that the excel should be opened and filled with grid view columns and rows data (not all columns), If MS Excel doesn't exist on the computer you should show an alert message to inform the user.

2- When the grid view refreshed then the excel should be refreshed at the same time.

3- If there a possibility to change text color in excel from the binding it's will be perfect so when values changed in the grid view you will set the text color with (Red/Green), In case value moving up the text color should be (Green), and if the value moving down then the text color should be (Red).

We need the sample with VB.NET, you can check the attached image to build the grid view and start refresh data by timer or task as you want, we need the idea to be working just so fill the grid view with a random data and sync it with Excel just.

Anyone can provide us with a sample of what we need please start with this task immediately.
