Image region growing and connected component labeling

Hello,
this project will implement two things:
1- Region growing of the resulting image ofter threshold, the program will read the white pixel and check it with all 8-connected pixels, if the difference of values of R, G and B is small, the pixel is added to the region otherwise is not added.
2- Implemented connected component labeling similar to this algorithm [login to view URL]
