Silverlight pro - clipboard upload

Id like an upload control that in silverlight that will let a user take a screenshot on their local machine with print screen and then paste to the silverlight control.

I have seen this implemented in java in some help ticket systems and i would like the same in silverlight

I want to be sure it works in all browsers like ie6-8 ff2-3 and safari.

I am not sure if this is entirely possible but I think because silverlight is somewhat like an app it should be able to do it.

user flow is like this

on local machine using keys or whatever they will copy an image to clipboard. they will open the site and on the silverlight control they can click a button to paste or click on some area on the page and paste, they will then see the image pasted on the page and be able to remove it or click post. post can be carried out a couple ways in silverlight, there is some code on this from codeplex you can use from there.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
