Need MT4 indicator to plot OHLC data from CSV files on chart

I need an MT4 programmer to code an indicator that will be able to plot 2 separate plots using OHLC data from CSV files. This is how it should work: 1. Two seperate paths to OHLC data from 2 CSV files will be specified as input in the indicator . One of the CSV file will contain the input OHLC data while the other will contain the output OHLC data. Once this is done, the indicator will plot these the candle chart for these two inputs alongside with the real-time candle chart on which the indicator will be attached. 2. Optionally if the indicator will be able to compare both the 3 charts and display the mean deviation between the charts it will be so nice. So using the degree of deviation displayed, I will be able to compare the similarity between the charts.
