Head of Business & Digital Management

This position is responsible for the overall workings of the vast range of accounts within the company. From Technology, Entertainment to Product Design, you bring a wealth of knowledge within being able to work with the client from preconsultation of closing a project and getting payment confirmation; to managing the various updated product details and production deadlines and timelines; working on advancing and building the project life cycle; business and operations plans; securing all necessary content for digital publishing from information and legal, to a range of design and social media needs. With a strong ability to develop strong costing capacity, budgeting of services for clients, and making sure that the projects within the company are not just published, but there's a day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year management and maintenance of making sure the various programs are seeing continuous servicing. With a range of talents working with the vast range of programs within the company, you support the internal team, the owner, as well as engage the confirmed clients. From making sure the Contracts are signed, clients and logged, and various product information and specs understood within the need to make sure both the owner and stakeholders are able to get a snapshot of the current project development both internal and external; while confirming the output of the team. Within the need to ensure that the projects are advanced on time, within budget as well as within having a strong value driven position; there's a need to have a talent that's able to really advance the wireframing of the products within the business plan and organizational development as well as functional tools that will be required. As a project manager; you are able to jump into some of these projects and wear a range of hats as the label manager; the artist relations, the talent relations, the athlete relations and much more. With a focus on advancing the revenue of the company; the focus of closing accounts as well as supporting accounts with a range of management services of which are both product specific but also agile in it's responsiveness. As an associate to the owner and stakeholders, work force and external clients, you bring a strong expertise in engineering and delivering strong management expertise, from the focus on upgrading our event systems and technological abilities, to our volunteer and HR systems, you work with the owner and stakeholders to really make sure there are targets of projects that are being consulted, closed and brought into the companies mangement at a level of adding to the company's bottom line. From Monthly targets to Annual targets, your work with the development teams to support leads in seeing opportunities in which our resources and digital services may be of use.
