I’m looking for an architect or a firm that has a deep understanding and passion for modern architecture, capable of turning abstract ideas into tangible, innovative designs.
**Requirements:**
- **Proficiency in Modern Architecture:** A portfolio showcasing previous residential projects with a modern twist.
- **Concept Development:** Ability to start from scratch, understanding my vision, and translating it into an initial concept that embodies modern architectural principles.
- **Communication Skills:** Regular updates and open discussion channels.
- **Creative Thinking:** Innovative approaches to common design challenges.
**Ideal Skills & Experience:**
- **Educational Background:** A degree in Architecture, with a specialization in modern residential designs.
- **Software Proficiency:** Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any other design software conducive to modern architectural designing.
- **Experience:** Previous work on residential projects, ideally with a portfolio that includes initial concepts through to fully realized designs.
- **Sustainability Knowledge:** A plus if experienced with integrating sustainable, eco-friendly practices into modern architecture.
