Confluence and Jira functional consultant, remote support and development

We are looking for FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTS to help with Jira and Confluence management. The functional consultant will form a part of a team that provides mangement services for Jira, Confluence and associated add-ons. Service offering: - We would like to offer English-language support to support all Our Client group’s users who use Atlassian tools - The support covers expert knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Zephyr and Yogi usage that falls outside of the system administrator’s knowledge domain. System administrators do things that are more related to installation of the software, managing licenses, managing backups, connections between Atlassian tools and Active Directory, creation and alteration of user accounts etc. Client group itself is expected to be the system administrator of Atlassian servers and administrator of Active Directory. Client also manages access control for the networks and possible VPNs when necessary. Functional support covers EXPERT USE of the software. Consultants providing functional support are supposed to be expert users of said software solutions who then can provide how-to instructions, guidelines for best practises and even show hands-on how to achieve things. Examples of functional support provided: Confluence users have a need to create a reserved namespace in Confluence documents and create a report document that lists all documents that have mention of the reserved namespace string. Essentially: process descriptions are documented in Confluence. Their steps have listing of all roles who participate to execution of the step. The user wants to define a name space reserved name “@project_manager” and then on another document list all Confluence documents that mention the role of a Project manager. The functional consultant will provide advice on how to do this. He will also provide advice if this is not possible or recommended to do with Confluence / Jira. And if it is possible to do using a commercial plugin. Another example of the functional support request: the organization uses Yogi for documenting the requirements and Zephyr to document the test cases. For some reason the link between Yogi and Zephyr fails and the test cases are no longer getting connected to the right requirements. The functional consultant research this problem, suggests solutions and can even implement a solution to resolve the problem. Another example: after updating the system by system administrator, the user permissions for [login to view URL] plugin start to complain that the licensing is failing and thus none of the users can use plugin. The functional consultant will sort out the problem and correct it. If system administrator is needed for this, he will advice to system admin what is needed. Another example: the organization has created a single sign on to the Confluence site that is running on datacentre. The organization has two Active directory servers and now users from another site cannot log in. The functional consultant works with system administrator to sort out the problem.
