23930 XML/SQL Manual File Creationg

Hi I need a simple system to take information from a customer via an ASP form to populate a database, at the end of every day a manual process should generate 2 files. The files are uploaded via a browse/upload page that already exists. The files are processed and XML response files are generated that need to be imported into the database. To do this I need: - 2 web forms to collect the data required by the XML files. - a management page to select a date and generate the 2 files - a method of importing the response files via the management page. - a page to show the results of the days files in a row by row table (e.g. date-time- customerID - amount - result) functionality: The data collection forms should email a specified address to alert me when a form has been filled in. The forms should allow me to select a date range for all unsent records The response files should update the database to flag whether the record has been sent or not and what the result was, so that they aren't sent again by mistake. I need to join the new tables to an existing table so I'll need a table column for this. The code should be well commented. Thanks
