Update ASP.NET web site to latest ASP.NET Core version and adding payment gateways

I am looking for a skilled ASP.NET developer to update my current web site to the latest ASP.NET Core version. Additionally, I need to add payment gateways to the website.

Skills and experience needed:

- Knowledge of payment gateway integration, particularly with PayPal and Skrill
