HTML Newsletter template

Need help to produce an HTML-template for a company newsletter. I have an example newsletter that can be "copied" but the style and "look-and-feel" must aligned with our corporate brand profile (branding guide exist).
The Newsletter will be sent out via Got! [url removed, login to view] and should be light and optimized not to be cought in customers spam-filters (we only send to customers of ours but many have installed spamfilters that stop badly coded newsletters).
Text should be easy to add for us later (in Swedish) and the template should be resusable for out monthly newsletter. We generally use MX Dreamweaver for webpages and design.
Deliverables:
* HTML template
* Design - brand look and feel applied
* Documentation on usage
