I am seeking a talented recipe developer to craft less than 10 frozen food recipes for me. The recipes should cover various categories such as vegetarian and meat-based, providing a variety for any palate. Here are a few important points to note:
- This is for an Americana-branded frozen line, so will lean toward traditional categories such as Meatloaf, but with a modern twist of being made from healthier alternatives and packed with better nutrients, no preservatives, etc.
- The first 5 SKUS have been loosely decided, but are open to specific recipes - the importance is flavor consistency compared to the other frozen options
- Incorporate a mix of dietary preferences: While the recipes don't have to be entirely vegan, healthier options are desired. Some should be gluten-free or dairy-free.
- The recipes must be suitable for freezer storage, maintaining their taste and texture while frozen.
