I am seeking to build a couple of peer groups for business leaders. One group will be senior leaders who attend 30 - 60 group sessions to gain knowledge to grow their business. They will self select in to small same topic working peer groups for an additional fee.
I am also targeting aspiring business leaders offering MBA like 30-60 segments to help them earn promotions ahead of their peers in the job where they already serve. These meetings will involve theory and coaching to improve skills. They will self select in to small same topic working peer groups for an additional fee.
In both cases, I would like to generate interest by offering free sessions in return for free work and then their testimonies for success they enjoy. Once we have sufficient testimonies, I will discontinue the free services and engage in only fee service work.
In short, I am seeking to deliver the same or better value of an MBA at a fraction of the cost on an as desired basis. Sessions will all be facilitated by well experienced business leaders who also have an earned doctoral degree.
