We are looking for an experienced editor with a passion in gardening. Your responsibilities: - Edit and improve articles submitted by freelance writers - Manage the editorial workflow. Assign titles to freelance writers, approve, or reject the draft within deadlines - Collaborate with writers and designers to make sure the article is ready to publish - Manage our team of freelance writers and hire new writers if needed - Improve our style guide Requirements: - 1 year experience as an editor on an online publication - Excellent writing and editing skills - Basic to advanced knowledge of SEO and copywriting - Experience with Wordpress You must be available for 10-20 hours per week. If you're interested in this job, please include links or attach articles you've contributed in, preferably about gardening.
