Explainer Video content creation

I have an audio track that is a simulated phone interaction that is meant to explain how a company's customer service team would use our product.

I am looking for a freelancer that can create a storyboard to outline the visuals, and then deliver the final product that can be used on our website. For the parts that reference our actual application, I can provide any screenshots and graphics needed. But in a section for example that the customer service rep is looking up a customer in their CRM, we'd need a "fake" screengrab created of what that looks like.

Here is the proposed outline:

1. Intro - text/graphics on screen stating something along the lines of "This is how our product would work"

2. Description of call as it's happening - Agent asks for info, customer gives info, etc...

3. Engaging graphics and transitions - nothing cheesy. Maybe think along the lines of a crime documentary re-enactment.

4. A conclusion recapping highlights of the product with info pointing viewer to a signup URL or something appropriate.

I will be unable to provide the audio track without an NDA, but can chat with bidders about the company and product before accepting the job.

Looking to have this turned around in a week or so.

Skills and experience needed for this project include:

- Proficiency in video editing and animation

- Ability to create engaging and professional content

- Understanding of the target audience and ability to tailor the video accordingly
