Black and White Educational Doodle Video

I am looking for a professional who can create a captivating black and white doodle video aimed at education, running for more than 3 minutes. The video is made by combining five voice clips and one video clip that I will provide. Three of the audio clips will require simple static title text. Two of the cards will require a whiteboard/cartoon/doodle style animation.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience in creating doodle videos, particularly in black and white style.
- Understand how to convey educational content through engaging visuals.
- Be able to able to combine audio and video clips smoothly and balance the overall sound level.
Final output is a single video provided in both Quicktime and MP4 formats in a way that would be suitable for upload to Youtube. Below I describe what needs to be done for each audio and video clip. Please note that for the two clips where doodle/animation, you may choose to animate it differently than I describe as long as it looks professional and goes reasonably well with the corresponding voice clip.
Clip 01 (0:25s). This should just be a title card of some kind that says "Introduction to the Contexting Technique for Visitors."
Clip 02 (1:30s). The Doodle video could show a very long document, a person emailing that document. Other people receiving the document and being very bored by it, perhaps falling asleep, or perhaps with red eyes. It might transition to a meeting room where there are multiple people at a table and perhaps one person standing up, and the people asking questions may be representatives, thought balloons saying “zzzz” to indicate boredom.
Clip 03 (0:38s). Just a title card, “[login to view URL] Whiteboarding Tool”
Clip 04 (6:45s). This is a video clip it should cover the entire screen and aside from balancing sound, you don't need to produce any video for it.
Clip 05 (2:01s). Animation should show at least three people using laptop computers and a facilitator, preferably, female, standing up at the front of the room. A process should repeat over and over again while the voice track is running, and that process works like this. One of the participants as a question may be symbolized with a word balloon, that has just a “?” Inside of it. The facilitator gives an answer. The person who asked the question says something back to them. And then the person who asked the question types in their computer. Then another person with a laptop should do the same thing. This could occur in a loop for as long as the voice track is running.
Clip 06 (0:24s). Simple title card, “Thank You!”

* The video is intended for corporate users and should show people dressed as office workers.
* When showing multiple people, make sure to keep a mix of female and males
