Looking for full MEAN stack developer

Im looking to employ a MEAN stack developer to work on inhouse client projects at a fast turn over rate.
Responsibilities:
Develop complete end-user interface in line with the high fidelity wireframes
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Skills And Qualifications:
Proficient in MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular.js, ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux
Understanding of the Material UI framework
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Invision or Photoshop is a plus.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub and BitBucket
I will discuss more details as I proceed further into the interview.
