This is an underbid on the work and quality you seem to be looking for on this project. There are tradeoffs you must consider with the price you are placing on the max price. The more money and time you can devote to a project the better it tends to get. I'm bidding a mere $107.07 dollars a day for work and skills that are worth much more an hour. The app also has to consider revenue with ads, a price, premium offerings, or taking a percentage of what is mined. This could require server programing as well depending on the choices made for revenue stream. I believe we would need to have a discussion on this application to get a better outcome that you are expecting.
