Create and deliver simple Android 4 apk plus source (for Eclipse, for generating apk) which:
- Obtains position and date/time (using [login to view URL] package)
- Obtains GSM network data (from [login to view URL] package)
- saves data to flat file on measuring device
- displays selected data saved to 1 simple text screen.
