As a self-employed individual in Belgium, I am looking for an accounting expert to help me address specific tax issues for personal and company tax preparations.

Experience with Belgian laws and regulations especially concerning earnings gained from Airbnb is a must.

Bookkeeping and financial statement preparation may occasionally be required as well.

The right candidate should be familiar with all types of taxation, able to successfully navigate the often complex and ever-changing legal environment.

I am currently a major shareholder + administrateur délégué + working as an independent for a property investment/management company in Brussels.

My wife and I both have income from Airbnb.

My objectives are:

1) create a clear structure on my and my wife's income.

- I need advice on how to declare income generated from a property owned by the company that was paid to our personal accounts.

2) create a cohesive global vision for the company to enable us to move forward to buy more property.

To start with i am looking for a freelancer who can give clear advice on task 1 first.

If we are happy with the outcome and each other i am happy to move forward with the relationships to either hand over the company accounts or just continue on an advisory basis.

Additionally, I am looking for an accountant who can guide me as to how to:

1) Run some tax simulations based on different income scenarios

2) help with Airbnb earnings to reduce our tax liability.

All will be in preparation for the 2023 declaration. 

Timely completion of tasks and a commitment to quality is expected.
