Hi there, Your project has caught my eye - I didn't see the attachments of the examples of the scorecards in the project description, I would love to take a look at them to see the ranking formulas and the metric weighting system to get an understanding of how it all works so I can then explain it to you. I enjoy creating complex algorithms using Excel formulas to extract meaningful conclusions from Excel data to help clients use the data to improve their businesses. You need power rankings, weighted rankings or potentially recency calcs combined with a rankif function (which doesn't really exist but can be created via a sumproduct function) to get what you need done. I'll offer less than average since this is my first job.
