I need a 3D Live Wallpaper also known as Dynamic Wallpaper made for Android and IOS Mobile Phones.

Show me samples of your best 3D Wallpaper work. You must prove you made it.

All 3D Graphics must appeal photorealistic and move and appear very life like.

You must create everything I need for my 3D Wallpaper and make sure it works on Android and iPhone.

I will need the 3D Wallpaper program to be placed into and HTML file that I can place on our server so that the user access the 3D Wallpaper through a link to download and install the 3D Wallpaper to their mobile phones and their needs to be a seriel key to get access to the 3D Wallpaper.

You must sign my NDA "Non-Disclosure Agreement" before I disclose the design details of exactly what I need made before beginning work on my project.

You must sign my IP agreement.

All coding must be 100% original, if you want to use an open source code you must get it approved from me first.

You will help with the installation of the wallpaper.

You will provide a way for me to test the 3D wallpaper on my android phone and it must be secure so no one else can access it.

And the link would need private access so no one else can look at my project.

You will send me progress updates with me at least 3 times a week.

I will own the copyright to the program.

I will own all intellectual rights and copy rights to the program and source code.

I will own the source code and you will send me the program and source code when the project is completed and accepted by me.

I will not release the payment until the program is completed, tested, delivered, and accepted by me.

I don't communicate on Sundays.
