Cartoon-style 3D Environment Creation

I'm in need of a talented 3D Blender artist, specifically one who is excellent in creating cartoon-style environments. The main focus of this project will be on creating buildings within the environment. You must be able to render a unique visual appeal that stands out.
I am looking for some one to create the Q-hut. Like the picture. please include the sign and the the cannon on the roof, both side of the building are the same. and the back of the building is solid with no windows just one a single personal door, the interior is empty but should have the standard metal building look with concert floor. the doors, and window need to be rigged to open and close. the building on the inside texture in one color military grey, but the outside of the build like the picture with the aging and rust.
Key skills and experience needed:
-Significant experience with Blender or similar 3D modelling software.
-Previous work creating cartoon-style environments, particularly buildings.
-Strong grasp of shading, colour, and light to create vibrant, compelling settings.
