It allows me to empathize easily with other people and understand their motivations , needs and feelings. I'm analytical thinker , this is my ability to detect patterns in the information and act on them logically or systematically. It's my innate skill I'm still strengthening more and more through experience. Good socializing is another ability i have , I develop positive relationships easily with my team members , customers and other people whom I come into contact with everyday.
