The researcher Ronald Bisaccia in his publication (2014) ' Why Big projects Go Bad' found that during large projects the delivery date On average in 55% of cases is exceeded. Research also confirms that companies that work on a project basis within all parts of the organization based on standardized processes have a much higher chance of a successful project than companies that have a lesser degree. It is intriguing to see that standardized project management processes, and especially Planning management, Have such an effect on the chances of successfully accomplishing a project. This is also my personal experience after over 10 years of project management. menos
