    Japanese SMEs, boasting world-class technology, are facing a crisis. The issue is twofold: not only are their managers and engineers ageing, but the declining birth rate means there’s a shortage of young Japanese talent to inherit these technologies. However, this presents an opportunity for your company. You can adopt these world-class technologies from Japanese SMEs. They could also be potential targets for corporate acquisitions, providing a gateway for your company to penetrate the Japanese market. We invite you to share a manufacturing challenge that your company is finding difficult to overcome. In Japan, numerous small and medium-sized enterprises are eager to tackle such challenges. This not only provides solutions but also aids in the training of young engineers. Phase 1 (Complimentary or a nominal fee of USD 500) Initially, we request you to provide us with 1) the specific technical issue you’re facing, 2) the goods, products, or components you wish to enhance with this technology, and 3) the anticipated transaction value. We will then identify and reach out to 1-2 SMEs possessing the relevant technology. This process typically takes about two weeks. Please note, to prevent any misuse of this service, we reserve the right to decline the request at this stage. Complimentary when no candidate comes up. Phase 2 (USD 1,500-5,000 per technology per company) Upon identifying prospective companies, we progress to this phase. Following the signing of a consultancy agreement with your company, we will reveal the partner company and facilitate a meeting between both parties. Phase 3 (Contingency Fee) Should you and the Japanese company choose to collaborate, a new consultancy agreement is signed between us. We then negotiate the terms and conditions with the Japanese company. Upon reaching an agreement, a contract is signed between you and the Japanese company. We bring to the table our extensive experience in contract drafting. A success fee is levied upon the conclusion of the negotiations. We continue to oversee the relationship with the Japanese company, for which a monthly fee is charged. Please note, any costs associated with trial production or similar activities with the Japanese company will be borne separately by your company. menos

    As a strategy consultant, I have approximately five years of experience in developing growth strategies and M&A strategies for companies in the electronics manufacturing, real estate, and general contracting industries. Additionally, I have experience in sales and marketing strategy development for the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. I specialize in approaches based on mathematical and statistical analysis, involving tasks such as sales forecasting, optimization of sales team size and deployment, and estimating synergy effects in M&A deals. During this time, I also gained experience in international business management through the management of overseas teams. Following my graduation from Tsinghua University's MBA program in Beijing, I engaged in various international experiences, including a student exchange program at the National University of Singapore. During my MBA studies, I was involved in launching a new cryptocurrency-related business in a startup, adding to my previous internship experiences at four different companies, including a two-year internship in Germany. After completing my MBA, I was appointed as the head of the Shanghai office for a Japanese startup, where I was responsible for launching and managing the business. I formulated business plans and strategies and contributed to the successful growth of the China business by approximately five times within six months and approximately six times within a year, increasing annual revenue from approximately 150 million yen to about 900 million yen. I also secured four new alliance partners during this period. At Fast Retailing, I worked in the Business Planning department of the digital side, focusing on promoting overseas business. I led the effort to consolidate global contracts with payment service providers for approximately 30 countries' stores and e-commerce, resulting in a cost reduction of several hundred million yen, with the contract signed in June 2020. Additionally, I supported the Korean E-commerce project in a PMO role. During my time at Premier Anti-Aging, I was involved in overseas business strategy and planning. I managed KPIs, team members, and led the revision of business plans. As a result, I achieved a fivefold increase in overseas business revenue within six months and approximately twelvefold growth annually. Leveraging my experience in establishing a local subsidiary in China, I achieved approximately 200 million yen in revenue within about two months as the head and CFO of the China business. I successfully implemented the vertical start-up of the local subsidiary, including cash flow management (capital increase, parent-child loans, etc.), inventory management, recruitment planning, and HR system development. I also worked in the management planning department, where I was involved in medium-term management plan development, company-wide project management, financial reporting, investor relations, and ESG initiatives. menos
