My strength are maintaining medical records for relevant doctors and other medical personnel. Office administration such as answer telephone calls, booking in patients, inputting patients details into the computer, using different software for different practitioners such as Best Practice Software for the doctors and Xestro for the Paediatrician. Data Entry and Electronic Health Records, Medical billing and billing codes. Medical terminology and customer service, calling other health professionals to chase up paperwork discharge summaries etc. Being able to triage via phone calls. Communication and written communication skills. Problem solving and critical thinking. Multiple tasking and ability to work under pressure and to a dead line but making sure I maintain attention to detail. Changing names on referrals as per the doctor, care plans and a curiosity to learn new skills menos
