I am looking for a skilled designer who can help me create a case study report in PDF format. The purpose of the document is to teach investors about covered call selling. Detailed examples are included in the text with screenshots and tables.

Layout and Format:
- While I don't have a specific format in mind, I do have some ideas. Please see the attached style guide for the color scheme. Also, refer to https://coverd.io and https://www.coverd.io/case-study for the look and feel of the document - it has to be consistent with the website. I am going for a professional, reliable, and upscale feeling.

I am open to suggestions and would appreciate the freelancer's expertise in designing an engaging and visually appealing layout for the case study report.

Content:
- The text is attached. Some graphics or illustrations need to be created by the freelancer to help explain specific ideas. I have outlined where I believe a graphic should be included.
- The text is very long at the moment. I am working on editing it to become more concise.
- The text is in Markdown formatting. The Markdown tags should obviously not appear in the final PDF.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva or other similar software for creating PDF documents.
- Strong writing and research skills to create engaging and informative content.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free text placement.
- Ability to understand complex topics and present them in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative thinking to design an attractive layout that enhances the readability of the case study report.
