I am not sure what this project should cost so if the max is too low let me know in your comments.

We need to develop a database by scraping the names and email addresses from a membership directory. Ideally we would like to capture the following information. If it is easier to capture more fields that is fine as well. LOGIN information is needed to access directory and it will be provided to winner

First Name Last Name , Company City State , Email Address

Reject the work of a freelancer without writing at least two lines of reasoning means despise the work of others.
I don't pretend that my project is considered better than other freelancers, we are all workers and we are committed to maximum according to our possibilities, but see that two participants that expose a simple Excel sheet are considered better than an application that extracts data from the web and generates an SQL database is really absurd.
Probably when you talk about databases don't know even the meaning of the word, so I'll reveal a secret: an Excel sheet is not a database.

Hi. Honestly, $290 is a bit much for this kind of project. For less money, I could even make you a program that would let you choose which states and professions you want scraped and you could run it any time you want to update your database. Or I could just scrape the database for you for about $100.
