Attached is an old layout/profile of a company

We need the same data arranged in a more corporate and modern way

The photo/logo and contact details section could be grouped into a "Business Card" kind of box and below it comes the description of the company...

Creativity is welcome, icons can be used for the phone, email, skype information

the aim is to have all the data contained in 2 pages, in a neat and readable way

Suggestions/instructions after first set of proposals:

1st Page of the profile:
Please keep the same header as proposed in entry 1
Please move the section about the company details/representative (photo) to the top of the page and give it a business card look as if we could "punch out" the business card from the brochure (those little guiding dot lines for scissors). We can have on the same width the front and the back of the business card (front with company logo and information, and the back with the representative photo and information).
Below this front/back business card designs will come the company description bloc (OUR STORY)

2nd Page of the profile:
For the header please keep the same top page (with the logo and white bar behind) as in the second page model of entry 1
For the content please use the data set and positioning as done here on this type screenshot: http://es4b.org/data-set.png
You can be creative and make the tables less "table looking" and more Corporate 2.0 looking, but still keep the right data and the right places in the page.

Important:
Please keep the same font and size for the text as used in the original PDF file i gave.

thank you guys for the first entries, with black/dark background it looks nice but if you can also plz propose a vesion with white background beside each black background version
