For this task, I require a proficient draftsman who can create a speedy outline of my house, including the landscaping. Your role will include:

- Drawing in medium size a clear, concise, and well-detailed outline of my house with an attached landscaping plan. Add awnings to windows
- Considering the attached landscaping plan, I desire a realistic depiction of the landscaping. Therefore, knowledge in creating true-to-life renditions would be advantageous.
- Providing the final artwork in PDF format.

Strong attention to detail is vital as the rendering should exclude color or any detailed filling. Only the house outline and landscaping are needed. Experience in architectural draughting or landscape design could prove beneficial, as would familiarity with generating quality PDF files. I am expecting a clear, crisp, and neat output, so prior experience in similar projects will be advantageous.
