Stand out of the Clutter in a Reporter's Email Box

Reporters receive hundreds of emails a day. From my experience, the best way to catch a reporters attention is to of course have a catchy headline and subhead but to also include some sentences in bold or include bullet points to draw reporters eyes to the main points that will stand out in a sea of words. It is also important to keep it as brief and entertaining as possible. Most reporters will delete press releases if they more than 5 or 6 paragraphs. I hope I got Mr. Jesuele's title correct. I could not find it on the website. Thank you
