I need a logo designed. We are moving over from Troops to Tech and will now be Veteran Transition Mission.

We help US military veterans transition into high paying careers. it will be broken down into different divisions. For example we will have a cyber division where we help them get certified in IT and placed into jobs. We will have a medical division where we help them get into medical careers. I say this because I want the main logo, but it would need to have some sort of "seal" that I could put text that would say "cyber division". this logo will need to have the cyber division stamp on it.
