We need a design for a luxury real estate community. The community is: The Reserve at Lake Travis

Attached to this project, you will find the current logo and variations for this luxury community. Our client does not like this design at all. He does not like the lettering, the water, the sailboat, etc.

Basically we need a complete redesign. We need something that is extremely high end and luxurious. Something that can be used on signage throughout this community as well as on brochures, website, vehicle, or apparel.

The design should be classy, timeless, and luxurious. This community is made up of extremely high end homes on a lake in Texas.

If you have any questions, please ask them so that the best design can be created.

Please do not include houses, buildings, roofs, etc in the design. The logo should focus on elegant use of font and creative use of fonts.
