We are looking for a similar idea of an illustration (attached picture). The illustration should include an eco-friendly (environment friendly) factory that takes as input ideas and it outputs projects to life.

The factory could have wind-mills, a solar panels, leaves, bubbles (instead of smoke) ...etc. and should look modernistic and high tech. The components that make up the factory are the following:
1.Think tank
2. Mentorship

However, we want these changes:
1. The "in" objects should be 3 words: "Resources", "Ideas" and "Research".
2. The "out" product should be 3 other words: "Projects", "Innovation", "Empowerment".
3. The factory name should be "Yamadina".

We want the image to be around 700 to 900 pixels wide by 300 to 400 pixels high.

i was reading your comments on all of the entries, and if youre going to have the factory shake, i think itd be cool to have the bubbles coming out of the factory float up in a cycle. Or if theres windmills in the final design, have them spinning. its more work, but i think itd be neat.
