I need to update the design for an online activity challenge event that I run for corporate businesses to boost the health, wellbeing and morale of their employees.

Design would be applied to:

Facebook Event pages
Printed flyers / posters
Challenge Website
Mail Chimp emails

The winner may be awarded the job to update / create the Challenge website and other .

The name could be one of a few versions;

"Team Challenge"
"Team Adventure Challenge"
"Virtual Adventure Challenge"
"Virtual Tourism Adventure"

The avatars play a big part in the Challenge, so they need to be a part of the concept.

Some previously used logo's and flyer examples are attached (although flyers need avatars in them). The logo is sometimes used in conjunction with a client logo, so being able to use it in different ways would be helpful.
