Resumen del concurso

1. make changes to floor plans and help advise on the flow/design of the changes - we want your creative input

2. include basic interior fixtures e.g beds/baths/shower

Changes:

Private Area

1. Inside corridor (by the 2nd/3rd bedroom) to move behind and the bedrooms to move in front, so they have the view and sunlight. This will affect the rest of the flow of that whole area - main bedroom entrance, entrance into house and study positioning.

To note: the study and play area are not concrete rooms - they are rooms made from prefab/glass material that will be built later on as part of interior

Public Area

1. Move the bathroom away from the kitchen - but where?
2. Outdoor fire pit and entertainment needs to be designed
3. The Veranda by the bedroom should not be so large - reduce (maybe remove?)
4. The Veranda by kitchen and dining are bigger as it will join inside and outside as almost one when doors open
5. All bathrooms have shower and bath
