<Overview>
Please collect System information (or service information) for vehicles equipped with the technology that have or will have the technologies described in the “Technology Description” section below.

<Technology Description>
This technology is used to monitor the condition of the vehicle.
Known technologies collect vehicle information, including vehicle-mounted charging status, and transmit it to a management center. However, since vehicle information changes from time to time, the transmission of all the changing vehicle information from the vehicle terminal to the management center may result in excessive communication volume.
To solve these issues, the on-board battery information is uploaded to the management center at the required time and with the required vehicle information. The following are examples of vehicle information items to be uploaded. For example, when the on-board battery is charged and the charge rate changes significantly (e.g., from 20% to 50%), the current time, end of charge time, and remaining battery charge are uploaded. For example, at the timing of the start of charging the on-board battery, upload the expected end of charging time. For example, at the timing when charging of the on-board battery is terminated due to an abnormality, the reason for the termination of charging is uploaded. The timing of uploading vehicle information to the management center is also performed upon request from the management center.
