We are initiating a screening process to identify a talented architect with basic 3D rendering skills to assist us in visualizing preliminary design ideas for our existing house plan.
The candidate will be required to provide initial 3D renderings showcasing their ideas and solutions as part of this screening process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, proficiency in basic 3D modeling software, and the ability to generate simple yet effective 3D representations of design concepts.

Responsibilities:

- Generate basic 3D models and renderings based on provided house plans and sketches.
- Present initial design concepts and solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and develop design ideas.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall design process.

This project will require a keen eye for detail, a creative mind, and the ability to bring abstract concepts to life. If you are passionate about design and have a portfolio demonstrating past residential projects, you might be the perfect fit for this role.

Your task is to design a simple 3D model for one of the 2 Parts bellow.
You can chose any ONE of the two:

Part 1:
Design the Front of the House Entryway, Garage and parking lot.
New Garage approximately 2,5 meter in height
The measures and the placement are fix.
The elevation of the house and garage is approximately 30 cm

Part 2:
Design the Terrace (on top of the garage) and it stairs.
You are free to design a sitting area with barbecue area or small garden like shown in one of sample pictures.
On the side to the neighbour there has to be a wall.
The measures and the placement of the terrace are fix.
The measures and the placement of the stairs are flexible as shown in the floor plan.

Part 3 is OPTIONAL:
Design a swimming pool and its surroundings (Pergola, garden plants ...).
The measures of the swimming pool are flexible as shown in the floor plan.
You can provide us ideas and insight if you want, we want to explore our options.

Note:
You can incorporate the breeze structure element in the design where you see fit.
The 3D examples I provided to you should only give you an idea, you can use it as a guideline.

There are some regulatory restriction that has to be respected:
- First level height is around 3,4 meter
- Building has to be at least 4 meters away from the neighbour
- Swimming pool has to be at least 1,6 meters away from the neighbour
- Basement should be at least 1 meters away from the neighbour
- The exterior stairs should not be visible to the neighbour
- The terrace on top of the garage should not open to the neighbour

This is an Arab-Emirati heritage style. I am also an Arab, and I lived for a period in the Arab Emirates. I understand this style of design and I can do the work with high precision.

It seems all this work to be done and for the price, it is not worth it. It needs to study and no, the .obj don't do things easier. We have to pay utility bills, internet, electricity, etc. 120$ is not enough. The renders quality for that price shouldn't be more than 702p, basic quality.
