How are you?
Sorry for my late reply, I was on a family trip with no access to Freelancer.
Our design is totally original, I took a look to that reference and yes, it has some similarities, but what we created is totally from our creativity. If you see our octopus first is not the full picture, it was drawing a half of it and also is inclined in order that it match perfectly with the name of your product.
We never copied a design in our more than 15 years of experience. What we do, (and we are sure that everybody do it too) is look for some references in the internet in order that we can drain more ideas to our designs.

That would be cool! Fingers crossed that you will get the award. We printed out the top rated designs and put them at the wall in our companies social room. Every one of the 25 employees can now vote until the end of the contest.
