Ok, i have got your design among the top 3 and would really wanna see a few advancements as well as a few more applications of the logo e.g on a mock up company Facebook page, mock up website header, phone app, e.t.c. Some design ideas on my head:
Use a faint arc or curve across the word jamii that will end at the two letters ii as if its hands. Can even go extreme and have different colors on top of the arc and at bottom.
Also use the registered sign on the logo(remember not the TM for trademark but just R with circle for registered)- 10 años atrás
